Junkky, founded by childhood friends Nikhil R. Pagare and Saurabh S. Pasalkar, is on a mission to solve India’s waste management circular economy problem. Since our pilot program in Pune in 2014, we have scaled to serve 6000 users, providing doorstep, professional service while also promoting social respect and identity to local scrap collectors or kabadiwalas.
Together, we have recycled over 10 tons of waste per month, earning us recognition at Pune Connect 2014 and in national newspapers such as Economic Times and Times of India. Green Raddiwala has now rebranded itself as Junkky with new partner Mr. Nikhil Agarwal, with a completely tech-managed business model, and we aim to empower local scrap businesses with global technology support.
